Eyelash Lift
The Secret to Doe-Looking Eyes (Without Mascara!)
The natural alternative for perfectly curled eyelashes from morning to night
Do you dream of waking up every morning with perfectly curled, black and intense eyelashes, without even touching your makeup bag? If eyelash extensions scare you and manual eyelash curlers damage your eyes, then a lash lift is the service you need.
At the institute, it's the favorite treatment of those who advocate "natural, but better." This revolutionary technique enhances your natural lashes without artifice, for a magnetic look that lasts for weeks.
What is eyelash lifting?
Eyelash lifting, also known as a lash lift , is a semi-permanent cosmetic technique that curls your natural lashes from the root to give them an elegant and long-lasting curl. It's a real "push-up" for your eyes !
⚠️ Do not confuse with eyelash perming
A lash perm curls the tips along the entire length of the lash, while a lash lift works directly at the base, from the root. The result? A more natural, more open effect, and especially better suited to short lashes.
The goal is to lift the lashes upwards to give the impression of immediate length and openness . The eyes are instantly enlarged, brighter, and more expressive, as if you were wearing mascara all the time.
The technical principle
The lash lift uses specific solutions that temporarily alter the structure of the eyelash keratin. Using silicone pads placed on the eyelids, the lashes are fixed in a curved shape, and then a setting product is applied to maintain this new position for several weeks.
Our Institute's Little Extra: Hair Dyeing Included
For a complete and spectacular result, we systematically incorporate an intense black tint into your hair lift:
- Total coloring: It tints the eyelash from root to tip (often bleached by the sun).
- Density effect: It creates an illusion of thickness and volume
- No makeup: It replaces your mascara for several weeks

Is this right for you?
Eyelash lifting is suitable for all eyelash types and eye shapes. Whether you have short, long, straight, or slightly curled lashes, the degree of curl can be adjusted to achieve a harmonious result.
A lift is ideal if:
Straight or drooping eyelashes
Eyelashes that "close" the eye give a tired look. A lash lift instantly opens up the eyes.
Light or blonde eyelashes
The integrated tint completely transforms your look by revealing eyelashes invisible to the naked eye.
Sporty or in a hurry
To look impeccable from the moment you get out of bed, at the pool or after a fitness class.
Pause extensions
Ideal between extensions to allow your natural lashes to rest.
Allergies to extensions
A perfect alternative for those who can't stand the glue used for extensions.
Search for naturalness
For those who want to enhance their eyes without visible artifice.
The expert's advice
A lash lift gives excellent results even on short lashes. In fact, it's most effective on this type of lash, as it reveals unexpected length by lifting the lashes from the root. However, if your lashes are very fine, sparse, or brittle, we may recommend a more suitable alternative during your initial consultation.
The course of your session
Settle in comfortably, close your eyes, and let us do our thing! A session lasts approximately 45 to 60 minutes , depending on the length of your eyelashes and the options chosen.
The initial diagnosis
We assess your natural lashes (length, thickness, growth direction) and together determine the desired degree of curl. This is also the time to discuss your expectations and any sensitivities you may have.
The preparation
Your lashes are cleansed and degreased with a specific primer. We then apply protective patches to isolate the lower lashes, followed by a silicone pad adapted to the shape of your eyes on the mobile eyelid.
The positioning of the eyelashes
Using a special adhesive and precision tools, we delicately apply your lashes one by one to the silicone pad to create the desired curl. Each lash is separated for a clean and even finish.
Applying the lifting lotion
A first product is applied to soften the keratin of the eyelash and allow for reshaping. Application time: 8 to 15 minutes depending on the nature of your eyelashes.
The fixing
A second lotion is applied to permanently set the curl . The lashes will retain this shape throughout their entire life cycle. Application time: 8 to 15 minutes.
The dye (included)
We apply an intense black tint to color your lashes from root to tip. The result: a natural mascara effect and intensified eyes. Processing time: 5 to 10 minutes.
Nourishing care
A keratin-enriched serum is applied to hydrate, nourish, and strengthen your lashes after the treatment. This step seals the cuticles and ensures the health of your lashes.
The result
The pads are gently removed. Open your eyes: your look is transformed! Your lashes are perfectly curled, tinted and shiny.
How long do the results last?
Day 1 to Week 2
Optimal result: perfectly curled lashes, intense tint, wide-open eyes.
Weeks 3 to 4
The dye is beginning to fade slightly. The curve remains intact.
Weeks 5 to 6
The treated eyelashes begin to fall out naturally and are replaced by new, straight eyelashes.
Weeks 6 to 8
A gradual return to the natural state. This is the ideal time for another session.
📊 Average duration of results
- Lash lift: 6 to 8 weeks (eyelash life cycle)
- Hair dye: 3 to 4 weeks (depending on sun exposure and skincare routine)
It is recommended to space the sessions at least 6 weeks apart and not to exceed 4 sessions per year in order not to weaken the eyelashes.
Contraindications to be aware of
Although lash lifting is a safe technique when performed by a qualified professional, some situations require postponing or avoiding the treatment.
⛔ Absolute contraindications
- Current eye infections: Conjunctivitis, stye, blepharitis
- Trichotillomania: Compulsive eyelash-pulling disorder
- Eyelash alopecia: Absence or significant loss of eyelashes

💡 Skin test recommended
An allergy test 24 to 48 hours before the session is strongly advised, especially if you have sensitive skin or a history of allergic reactions to cosmetic products.
Post-treatment care: the golden rules
The first 24 to 48 hours: CRUCIAL
This period is crucial for the longevity of your lash lift. The lashes need to "set" in their new shape.
✗ Absolutely avoid
- Do not wet the eyelashes
- No eye makeup
- Avoid steam (sauna, hammam)
- Do not rub or touch the eyes
- No swimming (pool, sea)
- Avoid sleeping face down on the pillow
✓ Best practices
- Leave the eyelashes natural
- Sleep on your back if possible
- Avoid humid environments
- Wait 24-48 hours before any contact with water.
After 48 hours: Enjoy!
Once the critical period has passed, you return to your normal routine. This is, in fact, one of the great advantages of the lift!
✓ What you can do freely
- Applying makeup : mascara is allowed if you want more intensity
- Remove your makeup normally with all your usual products.
- Swimming, playing sports, going to the sauna without special precautions
- Use cleansing oils (unlike extensions)
- Rub your eyes (gently so as not to pull out your eyelashes)
To prolong the results
Apply a strengthening serum or nourishing oil (castor oil, keratin serum) to your lashes every night. This promotes healthy lashes and may even improve the results of your next lash lift!
Frequently Asked Questions
Does eyelash lifting hurt?
Not at all! It's a completely painless procedure. You lie down with your eyes closed for the entire session, in a relaxing environment. It's like a mini-spa for your eyes.
Can I apply mascara after a lash lift?
Yes, after 48 hours. But one of the advantages of a lash lift with tint is precisely that you don't need mascara . If you want more intensity for a special occasion, you can still apply mascara without any problem (opt for a water-based mascara for easy removal).
Does a lash lift damage eyelashes?
No, provided it's performed by a qualified professional using quality products. The nourishing treatment applied at the end of the session even strengthens the structure of the eyelashes. However, it's recommended to space the sessions at least 6 weeks apart and not to exceed 4 sessions per year.
Can I get a lash lift if I have very short eyelashes?
Yes! A lash lift is particularly effective on short lashes because it reveals unexpected length by lifting them from the root. However, if your lashes are extremely short or sparse , the result may be less noticeable.
Can I have a breast lift during pregnancy?
There are no formal contraindications, but many professionals recommend abstaining as a precaution . Hormonal fluctuations can make results unpredictable, and the effects of the products on the fetus are not fully documented.
How often can I have a facelift done?
Every 6 to 8 weeks to maintain the results, with a maximum of 4 sessions per year. It is important to let the eyelashes rest between treatments to preserve their health.
Should I remove my contact lenses?
Yes , you need to remove your contact lenses before the session. You can put them back in a few hours after the treatment.
What is the difference between a lash lift and a lash lift?
It's exactly the same thing! "Lash Lift" is simply the English term for "eyelash enhancement." Some salons also use the terms "eyelash lifting" or "Keratin Lash Lift" (a keratin-enriched version).
